The event has been on PTS for several days now and we spent the weekend working with Korea to try to fix the technical problems that are occurring. Unfortunately we have encountered some critical errors and we do not have enough time to implements fixes for them. Because of these circumstances, the Christmas Event has to be changed.
The event that is now on PTS will not go to the live servers on Wednesday as planned. Instead, we will have Double xp/Double drops beginning on Wednesday, December 23 after server maintenance and lasting until Wednesday, January 6. This will take the place of the originally planned Christmas Event.
We are very sorry that we are unable to bring you the global Christmas Event as planned. The event will remain on PTS if you have not gotten a chance to see any of it (Rudolph and Santa are *very* cute!). We will try to bring you this event in the future when the bugs are ironed out.
